Our chardonnay style is clean and crisp with the acidity to stand up to many luscious and saucy foods. Many tasters who visit our winery that do not normally like chardonnay...have a change of heart. Oak is a component and is gently there on the palate without literally hitting you over the head with a 2X4. Besides our style of winemaking, the quality is in the well-cared for "Pamela's Vineyard" Ricetti vineyard grapes which we exclusively receive from good friends, Pamela and Tom.
