Pacific Star Zinfandel 2004

A blend of both new and old Mendocino County Zinfandel vines.    By moving the wine periodically from one barrel to another, we weave in nuances of French, California and Yugoslavian oak adding a subtle dimension.  Medium-bodied with moderate alcohol,  it's still food-friendly and fits the bill for that meal where only Zin will do.  Drink within the next three years to enjoy the maximum fruitiness and balance.
