Pacific Star Wine Club SignUp Sheet 

Simply download this form, fill out and fax or mail to Pacific Star Winery, Attn: Robert Zimmer, Wine Club Manager.  You may send a list of the wines you'd like to order (see our Wine Store - 6 bottle minimum at sign-up...no minimum for subsequent orders) or email order to Robert at pacstar@mcn.org (don't hesitate to email any questions about the club, specific wines or for assistance with your orders). 

Members receive 15% discount and Wine club shipments are every 3 months (end of February, May, August, and November) and consist of either 3 bottles - the BLUE STAR Club or 6 bottles - the SILVER STAR Club.  You may  add more of your favorites to the shipment as it generally is just a few more dollars to send a half or full case, and you can be a "Reds Only" member.  We have some small lots and special limited bottlings of rare varietals  that sometimes are only available to club members .  Additional discounts on various wines are made available through email specials.

We have just added the GOLD STAR Club which enjoys a 20% discount and receives a case of wine every 3 months.  You may opt to get 4 of each of the 3 quarterly selections, or join the GOLD STAR COMBO club that is the SILVER STAR club PLUS YOU PICK the other 6 bottles with your choice.....
